Trading Terms
- Quotations are valid for 2 months
- Norman Gentry Consulting will provide a proposal to customers of work to be undertaken. The customer will not make the proposal available to third parties.
- Invoices are issued on completion of individual courses, or consultancy work, or monthly for ongoing projects. Payment is due within 14 days of the issue of the invoice.
- For retained services, payment is required in advance and the minimum contract period is 12 months.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on amounts unpaid after 30 days at the rate of 2% over base rate ruling on the date payment due.
- Cheques to be made payable to "Norman Gentry Consulting".
- Cancellation - The full fee will be payable if a booking is cancelled within 14 working days, although we will accept a replacement delegate on courses.

- Norman Gentry Consulting reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without liability to cancel any advertised course because of lack of enrolments, in which event all monies paid will be refunded.
- Results and certificates will only be issued on full payment of the fees.
- The customer agrees that all copyrights, patents, design, and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials, manuals, forms or systems provided or made available in connection with work undertaken by Norman Gentry Consulting, remain the sole property of Norman Gentry Consulting.
- Final numbers of delegates, and names, are required in writing 10 days before events, plus any previously agreed pre course questionnaires or other materials.
- Complaints - In the event that the customer has a complaint we ask that you discuss the issue with us as soon as possible so that the matter can be rectified immediately.
- If you are still unhappy with the result please put the complaint in writing to us. We will respond to your letter within 14 days.
- All contracts between the customer and Norman Gentry Consulting are undertaken in accordance with English law.
