• Cross contamination
• Food spoilage and food preservation
• Workplace hygiene
• Personal hygiene
• The Law and the food handler

90 minutes

 

Assessment Method:

10 multiple choice questions

None

 

Qualification:

Society of Food Hygiene Technology Food Hygiene Awareness certificate

 

Suggested progression on completion:

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
