Advanced Food Hygiene ⁄ Safety Refresher
The Advanced Food Hygiene Refresher Course is aimed at those who have achieved Intermediate and/or Advanced level certification more than 2 years ago will provide delegates with an up-date on essential knowledge acquired when previously attending Intermediate and Advanced courses.
Those who have only previously attended an Intermediate level course will also benefit from a more in-depth examination of HACCP which is not normally covered on the Intermediate course.
The course will help delegates keep their knowledge up-to-date since obtaining their certificates.. The course has been designed by Norman Gentry Consulting which is an accredited training centre with several awarding bodies.
- Anyone who holds an advanced certificate in food safety or hygiene
- Managers who hold an intermediate certificate in food safety or hygiene
