It is designed for all food handlers to assist them in the understanding of food safety controls put in place by their employers.
The qualification covers the following five modules:

• Why HACCP is needed
• Benefits of HACCP
• The 7 Codex Principles of HACCP
• Maintenance of a HACCP system
